Hi Experts,
I have added a new "reason for personnel action" for a general action which invokes infotype 0008 or 0009 based on the reason selection. For this I have used IGMOD feature. I have done all this in Development client numbered 200.
After configuration when I executed PA40 in my configuration testing client numbered 220 (which is a cross client), new action reason doesn't appear over there. I have checked the table T530. In 220 client the action reason is not there where as in 200 client it is available.

Action reasons are client dependent.
thus you either need to re-do the configuration in client 220 or transport the request.
