Additional info in quality notification document flow

Dear Gurus,

We have quality notifications which are linked together in the document flow. For instance a customer compaint notification and our related claim against the vendor.

However, in the document flow they both appear as "Quality Notification". followed by the notification number and description.

We would like to enhance this display in doc. flow to include the Notification Type so it would be more clear visually which one is the customer claim and which on is our claim against the vendor.

What is the best place to make this change and is it perhaps possible in some customising?

Hi Judith,

From release 470 you can use BADI QM11_NODE_ATTRIBUTE to change the attributes nodes in the document flow. The BADI documentation has more information. If you are on a lower release, I believe the only way would be to change the text via a modification. There is no standard customising for this.
