Groupware customizing Initial download not working

Hello All,

All the initial configuration is set for Groupware integration.

I am now in the process of downloading all GWA* customizing objects ..

R3AS , select all GWA* objects

The objects go to error state ( R3AM1) , the message is " No Processes: See Note 429423".

I checked the Note, all the steps seem to be satisfied.

Can anyone please help with this,

Hi Pratima,

Few question:-

1-which are the objects showing you error in R3AM1?

2-Have you checked and analysed the error text in SMW01?

3-Have you checked the queues stuck in SMQ2 if any? if yes what's the status of the queues?

I would ask you to take one object at a time and complete the initial load for better analysis. If you see the error status is monitoring then check the error messages the next moment in SMW01. Also check if it is genarating bdoc for this load.

Hello Arup,

I am downloading GWA* objects. I have tried downloading one object at a time with the same result.

Object Name = ''GWA_ACTVCHAR", No queues generated, In SMW01 no BDocs generated.

Hi Pratima,

This could be an issue with object genaration or middleware is not operational.

1- Check Generation Processes- Tx- GENSTATUS. Status waiting should have 0 count and if more than '0' then then select Start Generation Job. Error queue should be green and count is '0'.

2- Check MW_CHECK is not failing. It should be green.

3- If you check in the monotoring cockpit Tx-SMWP which will give you the overall information of the errors.

4- Expand the section Generation Information which refers to the generation of BDoc Types. Check if all the nodes are green.

I think here you can see some errors which will help you to take the next step.

Hello Arup,

1) I am not able to load the customizing objects to Groupware from CRM,after selecting the GWA Objects and executed the objectes but all the object status are as running or wait.

2) Enabling the Transfer of Attachments from CRM to Groupware

A) In Administration Console, let me know how to create a Replication object for the CRM_DOC_MBDOC BDoc type.

B) How to Create a publication for this replication object.

C) How to Create a subscription for this publication.

D) How to Assign this subscription to the Groupware Adapter 01 (mBDoc) site type.

3) Under Maintained General Groupware Settings

How i can find the property value of PC-UI UTLs Port Number & Hostname for PC-UI-URL.

Please let me know how i can know whether RFC connection is enabled or not and how to load all the Customizing objects without any errors.
