suppose i want to add the batch no and material code to the existing invoice..WHAT is the process?

    Hi

    You cannot add these two once invoice is created.

    Such data flows from the preceding document.

    If you want to add material and batch number then cancel invoice number, reverse delivery, delete it and add material number in existing sales order and then process a fresh delivery followed by invoice creation.

    Note: Your subject is totally different than the question you have asked please change that in order to make it searchable.

    You mean to say the invoice which you used to send to the customer.

    Then I the smartform which you used to get make changes in that and ask abaper to add material code n batch in it by giving a logic to them.

    Hi,

    Invoice is created with preceding document which is having information about materials and batches. Same are copied to billing document. In standard system it is not possible to add material number and batches in invoice.

    Kindly suggest which process you are following?
