Creating directory on SAP

Hi Experts,

please let me know how to create folder on sap side????

we can see the folders in SAP with AL11, but how to create ?

We can create folder by accessing the SAP at OS level. Am I right ?

Yes. When you have sufficient rights, you create folders on OS level of SAP system.

Hi,

Its right its not your prerogative to access in OS lavel and your BASIS team would not allow you to do that I believe.

Just send them the path and they will create it for you.:)

HI,

you can use any folder which is exist in your sap server host when your SIDADM user has right to access the directory.

you can create a directory in your sap server host, and give the correspond right to user sidadm，then you can operate the directory。
