Tcode - Search_Sap_Menu text is Empty

Hi gurus, I have stranged issue here. Normally, executing TCODE: search_sap_menu, would result in a listing of transaction codes or descriptions of a particular query.

Unfortunately, in our development server, the search is empty:

When i enter a tcode it only shows the Node and it doenst shows the Text (Description) about the transaction code. I have

uploaded the screenshot .Please assist me solving this issue guru. Thank you in advance.
