How to do CCMS alerts for Semaphore 43 and for App Servers hung in SM?

Hi all,

1.System had all it's dialog work processes hung on Semaphore 43 so we'd like to put some kind of CCMS alerts in place to catch these events and alert someone when it happens? How can we do this?

2.How to Set the CCMS alert when App Servers hung and work process hung states in Solution Manager?

Any solution ?
