Connecting Mobile Applications with R3 using PI/XI

Hi

Is it possible to connect mobile applications to SAP/non-SAP systems? For eg: SMS from the client invoking an RFC at the server side. Any documents which has similar concept discussion would also be preferred.

sure this is easy - the modem that will get the sms will send a text file that you can fetch using PI and start an RFC from that

there is nothing sophisticated with that - it's just a matter of receiving the sms in your modem
