Copied form & driver progrm to z - to increase number of records per page ?

Hello

i have copied the form ( j_1iewt_cert) and driver program ( j_1iewt_cert) to Z ( Print Withholding Tax Certificates for Vendors)

for printing it gives 10 records with header and footer but as space is more in every page i would like to have more number of records ( > 10 ) in every page .....

How can i do that .... ??

Hi,

In SE71 under Menu Setting you will find Form Painter .Click on It .Click the check box 'Graphical Form Painter' And you can see lot of Windows available .You will get an idea of Where is header ,where is Main the page .

Now Run in a debug mode and check which windows are useful to you .After that reduce the window size of Unused Windows and Resize the Main & Header & Footer window which are of your interest. and test it once again .

If after changing the size also if it is displaying only 10 records then you need to check whether any condition is mentioned in your print program .
