Risk of Deleting records for deleted FIM jobs ?

I have few users who are assigned to multiple groups in IPS. Like both FIM auditor and Executor/Administrator.

The FIM jobs list has increased and it shows the deleted jobs as grayed out.

In FIM database(SQL) , I found the deleted jobs exist with different name and another column with the old name before deletion ( old actual name). I have already gone through the note "1929507 - Unable to delete jobs - FIM" which says you can't or should not assign a user to multiple groups.

Question :

Is there any risk if we delete the records for the deleted FIM jobs ?

Thanks,

Himansu

Dear Himansu,

As explained in KBA 1929507, FIM users should not be assigned to multiple group, it is mandatory. Deleted jobs are only dsiplayed for the audit users so they can check and audit them if needed, so we also not recommend to delete them directly in the database.

Best Regards,

Pierre
