ByDesign : Tracking Changes of Price List (Customer)

Hi,

We want to track changes made in Price List for below details

When product prices were changed

Login used for price change

Pricing History

Currently "Changes" tab is not available in price list.

Any standard report / data source available for this? please suggest.

Hello Vishal,

As you have already mentioned, "Changes" tab is not something that is supported in any kind of Pricelists in BYD .

There is no standard report that is available either. We strongly suggest that you do not build any as it will cause a reload issue and might affect multiple price-lists in the system.

Hi Roshni,

Please can you confirm if this has been changed in any way since 2019. we have a client who is really concerned at this response as price maintenance is a critical audit trail that is needed for their business.

Hello Greg,

As of now, there have been no changes to the system as reported in 2019. I have checked under the Web Service services and from the documents, they also do not pass in the response the creation/creators information.

The best approach would be to raise a request under the SAP Business ByDesign Customer Influence Platform : https://influence.sap.com/SAPByDesign
