How about using freight condition type on your subcontracting info record. And You could factor the freight cost as a total cost for transferring components and inbound delivery of finished goods.
You can create a condition type for when you create the subcontracting PO or you can enter the freight charges as unplanned cost when you do the invoice receipt through MIRO.
you can enter the Freight condition type as part of the item / Header conditions if it is a Planned transportation cost. If it is unplanned you can enter it during Invoice verification MIRO/ MIR7.
