SAP E-Recruiting - Selected candidates dont appear under the "Offer Tab"

Hi,

I am working on SAP E-Recruiting EHP4 & I have a problem wherein the candidates who have been granted offer letters aren't shown under the "Offer Tab" in "Assignments to Requisition" page. They however even disappear from under the "All" tab and get shown only when I check mark the, "To be hired" check box under "Display Assignments in Additional Status: " and click on "Apply" button. Does anyone has an idea as to why this might be happening so? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

The new candidate selection (assignment list) shows just candidates "in process". Candidates which are set to "to be hired" are out of process from SAP's point of view.

So if you change the status to "to be hired" they are invisible. As you mentioned you can just see them in Tab "All".

This is no error. It works as designed.

So in order to have no problems, you should change the status as last step in the application process.
