part of batch on quality hold

Hi All -

I have a question related to quality management where client need to keep the part of batch / pallet on quality hold. Although not necessary entire batch to keep on hold.

Please recommend me if any workaround available for above requirement.

Dear,

During the usage decision QA32 you have option to sent batch partial in unrestricted stock and partial in block stock.

Or go to transaction QA11 and click on inspection lot stock tab and post the partial quantity to appropriate stock.

Suppose you have the batch of 4 quantity while GR.

While giving UD, give required partial qty in Unrestricted use stock as 2and rest 2 to block stock or don't give UD for it let it be there in quality and save.

If you transferd to blocked stock then you can take same batch in quality again for UD. Block Stock to QI using MB1B using 349. This will create Inspection Lot of 08. For this lot approriate UD can be given again.

Hi,

Yuo can give UD post only require qty to unrestricted & Remaining qty u can post as per ur requirement.afterwords.
