GRC Automatic Email Notification

Hello,

I am new to GRC and would like to understand if it is possible to configer the email notification for the FF functionality. Right now the approver gets an email with NO subject field and the email body is just the link to GRC. Honestly this looks more like a virus email (which our VP's told me) than a real email. I am sure it is possible to configure this area.

Are you talking about FF or CUP? Because I havent seen a link in FF emails...

click on the "Compliant User Provisioning" in the following link:

Then seach for the keywork "Subject" (ex: page 24) to setup the subject of the email notification:
