Change survey assignment to visits to immediate on creation

According to the manual I can have surveys assigned to visits:

• Upon visit creation
• Upon a background job that runs every 10 minutes
• A few days before the visit, depending on if your administrators have defined a time window for automatic assignment

How do I change this? Currently it takes some time to do this, but my users want it done immediately on creation of a visit.
