Personas issue -- cannot click first 1.5 rows in IW21 Settlement Receivers

Good day, everyone!

New to Personas (we're on Personas 3.0 SP04), supporting work that was done by consultants. We have a Personas Flavor for t-code IW21 and an issue where the user cannot click into any of the fields in the first 1.5 rows in the "Settlement Receivers" table. Hovering over one of the fields in the red area below, the mouse icon remains an arrow and there's no pop-up for the field. But if I hover halfway down the second row or any of the lower rows, the mouse icon becomes an insert "I" icon and the field name pop-up appears.

Users are currently clicking in the "Cat" field in row 3, then alt+tabbing back to the "Cat" field in row 1, which is obviously not acceptable. I'm absolutely stymied as to what's going on here. I'm not seeing anything weird in any of the field properties.

Any ideas/suggestions are MUCH appreciated -- thank you!

I found the cause of the issue. The container of the preceding section in the Personas Flavor was overlapping the container in the section where I couldn't click in the first 1.5 rows. I tested this by moving that second section up higher and found that the first 3 rows had become unclickable. So I moved it down further until I could click in the first row. A little surprised that SAP didn't mention this as something to check, but nevertheless, it's now fixed. Hopefully this might prove helpful to anyone else running into a similar issue.

No idea where in IW21 can I find this 'Settlement Receivers' table - I have tried a few notification types but none of them had it.

Regardless of this, SP04 is way out of support now, so your first action should be to upgrade your Personas installation to SP08 with all notes implemented and if you still have this problem, create a support incident.

My apologies -- I wasn't familiar with our IW21 and learned that the "Settlement Receivers" portion of the screen is actually a custom modification. This was done through the mechanism SAP allows for customers to add modifications to the screen.

That said, does that change anything? Is there anything about this modification that could be throwing Personas off like this? Or do you still feel it may be due to us being on SP04?

There were a lot of changes and improvements in the client since SP04, so upgrading to the latest SP will ensure that you get all benefits of that, on top of gaining new features. It is possible that the issue was since fixed in the client and you will not see it following the upgrade.

Also, we don't have an SP04 system anymore, so we cannot help you in case any fix would be necessary.
