Displaying commas as per Indian Standards

Hi All,

I have a requirement like as follows.

In the purchase order the Total Value is coming like : 108,419.56 .

But i want to display the comma's in Indian format like : 1,08,419.56 .

How to overcome this issue

This is not available in std. I think it needs to be enhanced.

change the decimal notation of the user Id through SU01under defaults tab and try,

may be it will work.

Yes, U should take help of abaper and ask him/her to check whether enhancement can be done there.

Hi,

Try with this , log in with ur user id, on SAP EASY ACCESS screen click on system -> user profile -> own data u will come on maitain user profile screen, select the default tab, then in decimal notation select X1 nd save ur setting .

But u will have commas as 1,234,567.80 and not as 12,34,567.80.

Hi..! I have checked it, but in defaults i couldnt find the notation that i wanted.

all the notations available there are with "," or "." after every three digits.

But i required the format should be like the coma "," should initially appear after three digits and then with two digits respectively (1,15,000.00) or (10,15,000.00)

is this possilble....by any way..?

Just try by selecting 1,234,567.89 and check the result.
