QTY stracture tab in CK11N BOM selec. not correct

Hi experts,

I have one scenario i have FERT material with BOM B00001 and recipe R00001 with Production version PV1

same material FERT have production version PV2 with NO-BOM selec. with Recipe R00002

when i select in QTY stacture tab in CK11N 2nd PV (PV2) it also show first BOM (B00001)

that's not corrected it should select no BOM as i maintained production version PV2

Not quite. Plz check here:

In addition, please check whether you have any BOM alternatives specified in material master view 'Costing 1' under 'Quantity structure', which would override the production version information (if I remember correctly).

Lastly, please check if SAP note 2420112 is relevant to your release.

All sets that you declare above is OK

also NO alt.BOM assigned in material master "costing 1" view

we run on SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 8

I check the note in table CWBNTHEAD but not found

so it seems that we will implement this note

Check your quantity structure control in your costing variant (OKKN). Is the production version indicator set for the relevant BOM application?

Dear Mr.Muhamed Ibrahem,

you can execute CK11N with routing only where in tab "Qty Struct" you just input task list type,group and group counter without BOM and PV.

actually it is not working even input your suggestion it select the right PV corrosponding to selection but also select BOM !

In that notes there is explanation about quantity structure in CK11N =

Question 2:How does the system determine the quantity structure for the cost estimate (CK11N)?

Answer: The following priority sequence applies to the determination of the quantity structure.
Priority 1:If you assign a quantity structure on the initial screen of the cost estimate, the system uses it in any case.

Priority 2:The system determines the quantity structure data that you have entered in the cost estimate view of the material.

Priority 3:Via the selection method indicator in Materials Planning view 4 in the material master, you can control whether the quantity structure occurs according to validity (lot size, period) or according to production version.

Priority 4:The quantity structure is determined via the settings in the quantity structure control (Transaction OKK5).
