BW Workspaces - Usage

We want to be able to monitor the usage of BW work space in term of memory and available space per workspace. SAP provides some BI statistic Content for this purpose but we have run into issue.

Here are the steps we have done:

1. We have installed the following BI content:

Providers:
0TCT_VC28 - Local Provider Usage
0TCT_VC27 - Workspace Usage
0TCT_MCWS - Workspace multiproviders

Queries:
BWA Memory Usage 0TCT_MCWS_Q0100
Local Provider data 0TCT_MCWS_Q0101
Percentage of Max AINX usage 0TCT_MCWS_Q0107
Percentage of Max memory usage 0TCT_MCWS_Q0108
Top N Min Lifetime Workspaces 0TCT_MCWS_Q0109

2. In RSA1/Tool/Setting for BW statistics, configure the stat collection for providers and queries in step 1 above

3. Create multiple workspaces, successfully upload several flat files, successfully create multiple composite providers, workspace query

The issue we have is that no data was returned in any of the BI content query above.
