    We experienced the same.

Resolved by transporting with "OverWrite Originals" - if you're not the guy doing the transport, tell the transport guy to make this setting in the Transport "Options" tab in STMS.

Word of warning, I just tried this at the same time as transporting a NewMime, as well as the Folder/ParentFolder/Grandparent Folder, as I thought that the root would also be necessary.

As it turned out, with "OverWrite Originals" this cleared out all the other children which I'd not re-transported.

Ultimately fixed by re-transporting the whole lot with "OverWrite Originals".

Bit of bother, but ultimately got results required.

    Good luck!
