Although for all other material , no error is coming.

My factory calender is till 2015, but i am not able to understand why and how it is capturing the above date.

Hi,

So many suggestion you have got but I think you just check formula if any define in work center.

If it is operation time *Base qty /operation qty.

I am not sure about routing.

But in recipe we are using formula ( Qty base formula )where system takes base qty from recipe header & Operation qty takes from order qty of header.

So if we keep base qty in recipe in 1.00 QTY for that if we put operation time 16 HRs

If I create order for qty for 1000 then system calculates time 1000* 16 hrs =16000 hrs

So in your case just find any such formula is given .

HI

Extend the validity of the factory calender assigned to your plant in T code SCAL.

As said the date comes after the validity date of factory calender

Dear Aadi,

1) is it MRP created Plan order or manual created plan order

2) Check in change mode plan order for dates & change the dates in plan order itself

3) Then convert plan order to production order

Hi madhu

It is not a MRP generated planned order. i am simply creating a PRODUCTION order , but i am getting that error.

There is no plan order in this case

Dear Aadi,

Then check the lead of the material it must be very high

Check in material master for In-house production time & in Routing check the timings given

or else extent factory calender in SCAL

HI

Check the timigs given in routing for the material and also check the total time for it after scheduling it and then update masterthru T code CA96.

check the scheduling of your order while creating it or try with less qty for order

Dear Aadi,

Just check the lead time

in-house production time GR processing time & Routing times

Also do scheduling and check the scheduling results in routing itself

Hope you know how to check in routing

yes In ca02, i double clicked on the operation, In the Extras i slected scheduling , schedule, I selected current date,

It asked for over view var, (operation segments and latest dates) , i selected first one and scheduled.

(PLease let me know if i have to select first ot second option)

Scheduled dates are 24/042010

i got a message " Scheduling data marked for material master update"

Then again i created a production order , but ufortunately same error is comin

Dear Aadi,

When your in operations screen

Extras > Scheduling > Schedule > operation overview = operation segments > Click on Gang chat icon

it should show you the days for ur base qty

then click on scheduling results then click on update material master & save

then Go to CA96

input plant

then mark a tick for ur material & click on update material master icon

then check in material master work scheduling view
