BPM notification issue

Hi,

I have a BPM scenario where we are sending email to potential owner.

In the BPM log I can see it is clearly mentioned that email is sent successfully to abcd@xyz.com. The email id is correct.

But owner is saying he is not received any email. . What could the possible reasonn

    Hi Apu,

    Please check with your smtp server owner/team if the emails are getting blocked/rejected? They should be able to help you.
