LWP/LOP need to effect Offcyle Payroll

Dear All

I have two Reimbursement Wage Types, which need to pay employee on regular basis. Now we want Leave Without Pay or Loss of Pay would effect to that wage types accordingly.

Can anybody suggest me how to map it.

Thanks for your reply but I have missed one point in my query i.e. Leave Without Pay relating to Offcycle Payroll----


I have two Reimbursement Wage Types(conveyance & medical) , which need to pay employee on regular basis through Offcycle Payroll . Now we want Leave Without Pay will deduct from this wage type along with the regular payroll run wage types.

your valuable suggestion will be appreciated.

seems

you want Conveyance and Medical Reimbursement to be given to employee every month thru Off Cycle after regular run if yes,

May i know the Reason why your client want to do that

and conveyance and Medical Reimbursements are benefits given to the employee so based on working days do you want the wage types to get factored

why Exemption will get factored as they are totally exempted at that end of the year please check out that one

and one more if you want to do this one check how it is going to reflect in the pay slip in mini form 16

Check PRCL 10 Spec 1 for this wage types
