Kindly guide me that how we can deal with the following requirement like :-
In a month an employee has absent for few days (4-5) with out any intimation to HR department. HR department marked LWP for the absent days and run payroll. Employee will get 25 days salary for that month.
Now employee came back, take the approval from the higher authority and asks to HR dept. to apply SL/CL/EL in back date for LWP days and give payment for the respective LWP days payment in the next regular payroll run.
