how to ristrict back date entry?

Hi Experts,

I want to restrict back date entries like i want to ristrct yeasterday entries. I have MMPV transaction for closing periods but how i can close yesterday(last day) entries? Is it possible to restrict this on user level?

Dear Freiwnd,

Go to MMRV and check the tick mark Disallow back posting for your company code.

At user level i dont think it is possible.

You can i hide posting date and document date field from t-code OMJX, but it will be hide from all users. So if you requirement is for only users not for power user than create transaction variant.
