Crystal Report with SQL Server upgrade

The SQL Server 2008 Express was used with Crystal Report 14.0.2.364 RTM, version 2011,

but now I want to upgrade the SQL Server 2008 Express to SQL Server 2008 SP4 GDR.
Could it be possible to let the version of Crystal Report 14.0.2.364 RTM, version 2011 unchanged
but only the SQL Server 2008 Express upgraded?
Could the Crystal Report run normally when the upgrade is processing?
Is there any impact on the Crystal Report for such upgrade?

The report will be unable to access the data while the upgrade install is running for the database. Other than that, there should be no issues.
