HTTPS request not switching to APP Servers

Dear all,

Recently we have renewed https certificate in SAP EP(NW 7.4), backend system(ERP 6.0 EHP5) and Web dispatcher.

After certificate renew we have observed that all https request are going to back end CI server only not on other 4 dialog server.

I checked SMLG group which is fine.

Please help in this.

Hi Tarun,

This happens usually when end to end SSL is configured. In this case the load balancer sends the request to one instance only as it cannot look into the HTTP traffic to check the load balancing cookies.
