Stock difference in IM/WM

HI All,

Before posting this i have searched all the question related to IM/WM stock difference but could not find answer.

MY issue is.

There are some stock movements done in past.Due to this there is stock in WM 922 zone with -ve stock Q stock(quality)

Now to clear this i have entered a 561 movement for the same qty and same batch and same stock type and then a manual TO to destination bin 922 to clear the -ve stock.To clear the stock in IM entere 553 movement and posted to scrap.But after performing this in WM it came over in 999.

To clear 999 entered LI21,but after performing this again the stock is back in IM under quality.

Can you provide me solution to clear inconsistency.
