Regarding Quota Encashment

Hi All,

I have quota of 160 days in IT2006.

When i use operation HRS = FR03C to get the remaining days for encashement, i'm not getting all the 160 days, instead i'm getting 157 only.

I checked it for 3 employees, but still the same.

I'm getting 3 days less than the actual.

Can any one let me know why this is happening.

Hi ALl,

Issue resolved.

But one query i had.

I have passed remaining quota into ZL table now i want to make quota 0.

I have used updtqa in the pcr and called it through action, but still it is not making quota as 0.

Can any let me how i can make the quota as 0.
