Security risk in connecting to cloud applications in SAP DS via Adaptor & Web Services Datastore

We have a requirement in our project to extract data from various cloud applications like Enablon, ServiceNow, Successfactors and Sharepoint list.

The user ID used by DS Job Server to execute the job was not having access to the internet and we assigned some additional roles to connect to the internet now. This will help us to connect to cloud applications directly in SAP Data Services.

We have tools like OneHub, SAP HANA Smart Data Integration and SAP Data Services and all the tools can connect to cloud applications via ODATA and REST API. Now there is a bit confusion to determine which tool to prefer for extracting data from the cloud applications. We know that SAP Data Services is a powerful ETL Tool and can extract data from various sources including cloud applications. Is there any security risk in preferring SAP Data Services over other tools?
