Hi, Prasanna

I am running into the same problem. It is neither a patching or permission issue on my case. I am running EP 7.3 and the transaction iview does come up in the standard template.

Thanks,

Jonathan.

Prasanna,

Its a permission issue. Logon with a super admin role and navigate to the path System Admin -> Permissions -> Portal Permissions -> Application. Right click on the Applications folder -> open permission -> set the permission.

Hi.

We faced a similar problem in EP 7.0 SP18. In our case we saw a message No templates to display. You are not assigned to any existing templates and solved this issue by .

Hope it helps and you, otherwise check database consistency for the PCD (refer to SAP Note 1086644).

Hi,

I had a similar problem some weeks ago. The problem was, that we have patched several single portal packages to a higher support level and forgot to patch some core packages as well (e.g. SAPJEECOR).

After patching all the necessary "basic" portal packages everything worked fine again.

Hi Prasanna,

Open any of the templates and give full permissions to your user.

right lick the iview template and open permissions , add your user and give permission.

I suspect something done by basis yesterday. check with your basis guys if they applied any changes in portal

Hi ,

Download the backup PAR file for that template and give it the same name as the original PAR and then upload it again.

Check if this helps you.

Hi,

Is it new installation or after upgrade? raise OSS with SAP.

If this happened suddenly by changing anything ...check the actual templates or try to create any template with par file and try .
