Hi, Prasanna
I am running into the same problem. It is neither a patching or permission issue on my case. I am running EP 7.3 and the transaction iview does come up in the standard template.
Thanks,
Jonathan.

Prasanna,
Its a permission issue. Logon with a super admin role and navigate to the path System Admin -> Permissions -> Portal Permissions -> Application. Right click on the Applications folder -> open permission -> set the permission.

Hi,
I had a similar problem some weeks ago. The problem was, that we have patched several single portal packages to a higher support level and forgot to patch some core packages as well (e.g. SAPJEECOR).
After patching all the necessary "basic" portal packages everything worked fine again.
