Purchase Order - Reminder for Outstanding Deliveries/Missing Order Confirmation

Hi All,

I created a Purchase Order with a confirmation key where in customizing it says AB (order confirmation) is required within one day. Also, I put the indicator on "Acknowl.Reqd" in the PO. Further I have put reminder Levels in the Delivery tab (1 day, 2days and 3days).

My issue: 2 days after the planned delivery date I go in the Purchase Order. Now I assume there will be a MAHN and AUFB message created by the System because delivery is too late and also I did not enter/receive an order confirmation. Both Messages are not showing. I have to create these two messages myself manually. But it should work automatically, right? What do I need to do?
