Auto UD Variant set up in SAP QM causing issue

We are trying to set up Auto UD job every minute for a minimum of 6 inspection types for at least 30 plants for now. The Auto UD job is failing repeatedly due to spool overflow issue. Can you please recommend the best way to set this up in SAP. Is there a way to set this up without Spool for now at least. We are using QA17. Thanks in advance.

SAP has give a note for this which includes multiple plants and on correction we can run it for multiple plants

I don't know about the spool but we typically set up a separate job for each plant.

If there is a problem where the log has to be reviewed it can be tedious in a large spool file. In addition, the key user in say plant xxxx isn't going to want to see all the entries for all the other 29 plants.

Also, if a job fails, it then fails for all plants which could be a major support headache, shutting down material flow in all plants. I assure you, this will only happen one time. You'll have plants screaming at you.

it looks great from the IT side to have just one job. But functionally, in day to day support, that would be a nightmare.

I believe the max I've personally set up has been four.
