Maintenance Time Sheet

I been told that based on the number of maintenance tech that I have to come up each day that about of hours .

Example: 9 maintenance tech work 8 hours a day that equals 72 hours .

The planners has put hours on each job and based on that is how I can planned that day.

If I need 4 jobs and if the jobs come to more then 72 hours than I’m face looking for jobs with less hours

This is causing to much time consuming

Why does maintenance need hours for each job for there time sheet ?

Is there others solution for maintenance so I can planned jobs without worrying about work hours ?

Number of capacities required Number of the capacities required of the capacity category to carry out the operation.

Otherwise, explain pls particular problem with which you faced.
