Good day.
Hi Experts,
I am having trouble on my initial status after I add SLMO_04 to Auth Obj. B_USERSTAT. I need to add this for the key user to be able to confirm the incident.
If I remove SLMO_04, my status will be new to all new incidents but I will need this for key users to confirm the incidents, because without this the confirm button is grayed out.
Here is my Role Authorizations:
And here's my Status Profile:
Please let me know what should I do to correct this.
My solman is 7.2 SP7
Thanks,
Raph
Hi Raph,
Double Click on the 'NEW' row or Choose Goto -> Transaction Control and check the settings.
Also check the following
About E-Mail - Not sure if that is allowed in the Community. You may check with the Moderator on this and if he/she allows then I will be glad to share it with you.

Rajesh

Hi Raph,
Could you please try assigning the Transaction 'OPEN' (last column) to the status 'NEW' rather than to SNDI. For SNDI assign 'INPR'.

Rajesh

Hi Rajesh,
I am having trouble on my initial status after I add SLMO_04 to Auth Obj. B_USERSTAT. - Can you tell us more about the trouble that you are facing. You are talking about initial status whereas SLMO_04 is related to the last status, Confirmation.
- When I add SLMO_04 to Auth Obj. B_USERSTAT, the initial status of newly created incidents is Sent to Support which it should be New.
By the way, you need to Save and Generate the role after any change. You also need to do the User Comparison, for these changes to reflect to the assigned users.
- I'll take note this and try. Please let me know what should I do next.
Appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Raph

Hi Raph,
As per the Status Profile settings, only an User who has SLMO_04 assigned to him will be able to change the status of the incident to Confirm.
