have a requirement to print PR, the form will be developed, but how to make a output type like PO output type. Pls advice. thanks

Develop the form and tell the abaper to attach this form for PR. Usually they make new tcode i.e. ZPR in most cases and the PR print is outputted from this tcode.

I would suggest you to add a button on PR screens or create a z screen where the user can list and select which PR he wants to print.

Unfortunately there is no message for that. You have to develop.

There is no such message type for PR , sap not provided any option for pr print, because pr is interal document.

you can get message out put types for quotation, po, contract and schedule agreement.

go for abap development.

Sap have not provided any facility for printing PR

so u cant have output type like neu in PO

U will have to write program that will print PR when u give Input as PR number

total Abap
