Connection Wizard - logon information

Hi guys,

When one of my users log-on to BPC through the Connection Wizard and select: "Use my Microsoft Windows user ID and password" then it says no application is available. If the user selects: "Use a different user ID and password" and enters the same credentials as when logging on to Windows then it works. Why would this be?

Now every time this user log-on to BPC, he needs to go through the Connection Wizard and specify his own name again. The other funny thing is that the Logon information of my admin account is always saved when selecting "Use a different user ID and password". Why would this be?

I've tried uninstalling the client component and reinstalling it on this users PC.

I've also deleted his account in the BPC Administrator and recreated him, without any luck.
