How to configure the risk owner path as the first stage in MSMP.

Hello All,

We have a requirement where the request should be triggered to the risk owner first(if any) and then to the role owner. It is clear that every request cannot have the risk within it am unable to set up the workflow where the request should go to the risk owner first if any SOD violations are found and then to the role owner if no SOD violations request must directly go tho the role owner stage... Any ideas on this?

Hi Surya,

You can use this initiator rule (GRAC_INITIATOR_SOD_VIOLATIONS) or routing rule (GRAC_MSMP_DETOUR_SODVIOL) to determine if the request has SoD/CA risk violations and based on the risk analysis results you can define your workflow path:

If SoD/CA violations exist then route the requests to workflow path with 2 stages: Risk Owner -> Role Owner

If SoD/CA violations does not exist then route the requests to workflow path with 1 stage: Role Owner
