Search in sales order not working correctly

Hi.

I have an sales order which is open and printed more than one time (ORDR.Printed='A')

Now I try to search the order by opening the sales order form, change to search mode, enter '*' into the number field and select "Open - Printed".

In the list I got now, the sales order is not listed.

It seems to be, that none of the sales orders which have been printed more than one time (ORDR.Printed='A' not 'Y') are listed when trying to search for "Open - printed".

Hello Manuel,

I think you might need to upgrade to a new patch level. Many of our clients are on PL09 Hotfix1 and i have not seen this issue at all. Anyways, Good Luck !

Hi Manuel,

This has been system behaviour for some time (prior to SP01). SAp Support are aware of the issue but I'm not sure if it accepted as a fault & in the pipeline for fixing or not!

The work around is to search all, then use the filter in the search form to find the Printed & Amended docs
