Settlement of internal orders to COPA

I am trying to settle internal orders to COPA. These internal orders are real in nature & is carrier of both cost & revenue items.

When I settle these internal orders to PA segment then it do settle to internal order but the characteristics like customer, product, sales organization, material account group, customer group etc does not got capture to PA document.

Please help me on this what settings needs to be done in order to get all these characteristics to COPA.

Hi,

internal order does not contain this information (customer, product, sales organization, material account group, customer group etc ) whereas a sales order does.

If its possible to derive the characteristics from internal order you can use COPA0005 enhancement.
