Hi all,
within the Interaction Center (Profile: IC_LOY_AGENT) I select Membership Overview out of the navigation bar. There I get an overview of the membership tiers. I mark an active entry within this list of tiers and click on Change or Downgrade to manually change the tier.
An error message "Tier Downgrade failed; check activity log" is shown.
When I check the corresponding log there is an entry "Error: No eligible r e w a r d rules".
I'm not quite sure if the error message within the log belongs to my problem because the SAP documentation says "All tier
changes ... can be optionally checked on a rule basis".
Can someone please give me a hint how to do a manual change of tiers and if it is necessary to define a rule for this.
