List of assets with Manual depreciation key

Hi all,

Is there any report to see the list of assets by depreciation key. I need the list of assets where the Manual depreciation key is assigned.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Just use the standard Asset History Sheet with Sort key 0011 or create your own sort key with OAVI that uses depreciation key.

If you only want to know what assets use a specific key(s) and not which one in the report > The Depreciation key is a selection parameter for the Asset History Sheet.

Hi,

Technically you can get this info.

Go to SE16 or SE16N, and enter table name ANLB and enter the desired dep key in the respective dep key field AFASL.

And then execute it, so it will show alll the assets, where the given dep key is being used.

But in case if you need this info more often, and for all other users also, then create a quick viewer report with SQVI using ANLB and ANLA tables.

Create a quick program and create a new tcode and assign the program to that tcode.

This will reolsve your issue.
