What is SAP Business One 9.3 CRM Module?

Kindly Let me know about CRM Module in SAP Business One 9.3. What is the purpose of CRM in SAP b1 9.3. What are the difference between Business Partner Module and CRM Module. In SAP BP Module: BP Master Data, Activity, Campaign are available, the same things are available in CRM Module also. Kindly Provide the details about this.
