Base members display zero values when using "Actual" category

In 7.0, an EvDre or EvGet returns a value of zero when a base member is used in combination with the category "Actual". However, the following holds true:

1. If we use a base member in combination with any other category (i.e. Plan, Forecast), the correct value is returned.

2. If we use a parent member in combination with the category "Actual", the correct value is returned.

3. If we use a base member in combination with the category "Actual", the correct value is returned ONLY if we are referencing just one cell. Multiple EvGets or more than one EvDre row/column reference results in a value of zero for all queries.

All data has been confirmed in the Fact, WB and Fac2 Tables. We need to be able to view "actual" for all base members. Is there a known solution?
