ESS Benefits Error

Hi Experts,

When employee try to save Benefit information in ESS, he is getting below error.

Change before earliest retro. date 30.12.2009 acc. to control rec. to py area OM. Pleae advice.

retroactivity is triggered according to the settings in below table

1. Execute transaction SM31.

2. Enter the table/view as V_T582A

3. Click on maintain.

4. Select Infotype 0021.

5. Check the checkbox "Before ERA date", in the block Retroactive

accounting trigger.

Hi Siddharth

I did checked Before ERA box in IT0021 but still I'm getting this error. I didn't get this error in DEV but I'm getting this error in QA system. Please Advice.

Did you check the Control record for the Payroll area 'OM' in PA03?

Hi Suresh,

I did checked payroll controll record ERA date is 12/31/2009 and I applied SAP Note 783499 too. Thanks.

It was a support Pack mis-match, Basis team screwed up.
