sp13 to sp15 SRM 550 sc workitem not shown in portal or UWL .why?

Hello All

Recently we moved to SP 13 to SP 15 . some of the managers Workitems are created in available in business workplace but not available for them in the web portal for real approval

can any one throw some light?

Action:- one admin forward one work item and receive inbox shows blank but sw*user table has one record.

it is just simple SWWUSERWI swaping .. one user to another user and must be flaged as forwarded. will escalate to sap.

Hello Muthu,

Is UWL configured with System Alias name and everything? Ask your portal team to confirm.. This might be a reason that you are not able to see the workitem in UWL..

Thanks for helping me

1.Saravanan created a sc

2. Masa is saravan maganer so Masa received a workitem and masa is Busy so he could not review and approve his cart so he forwarded to Jay for approval

3. but Jay user id has following entry why

2 entries in this table SWWUSERWI FOR JAY USER ID

TWO wi_ids respectively

1234 NO_EXECUTE as flagged

1235 NO_SEL as flagged

(PS :-not expected as FORWARD as Flag)

so Jay could see his workitem but saravan see his cart awaitinf for approval from Jay. why ?
