Hello,
How to find the largest vendors (according to purchase volume) in IS retail. I have a list of vendors, from which I wish to find those which have highest purchase volume and in turn highest possibility of generating PO in a given period of time?

Hello,
I tried this tcode, but for all the values of the tcode it keeps saying no data exists.
I went to table S012 where data is actually stored, and it gives me a list of entries for which I have to click every single entry to find out which vendor it is? Is there any other tcode to find lrgest vendors.
Hello,
The options are disable in the settings I cannot select anything. I tried the approach for using the table S012, but it only shows records from 2006 nd 2007. How to find out which vendors are supplying maximum volume of products in the current fiscal year. I need to sort the vendors by the purchase volume that they generate in our company.
If S012 is populated then just use this and switch the drill down to Vendor, no need to drill in to individual records.
From the top menu: View > Change drill-down
This will give you a pop-up where you can select the characteristic Vendor (or any of the other std options).
Regards,
Nick
