Can we delete the entry under trigger option under t-code LTRS for one MT_ID and keep General setting option which would be for all tables setting so it will be any issue?
Yes, you can. If your general setting will be same as for one table/MT_ID you must not regenerate migration object and replication condigitons will be the same.
