Dear Friends,
I have a lot of pending documents in LL01.I need to clear them immediately.
1. There are open posting changing notices where the source and destination data is same. That is material transafer is done with 309 mvt. from same material to material. Hence while creating TO, a meesage appears as "source and destination is same"
2.There are negative stocks found in interim storage types 999,922 and 902. But there is no correspondign positive quant in any other bin for teh same material. How to clear the negative stocks?
3. There is "Interim storage stock, without movement" for storage types 999,914 and 910.How do we clear these?
Your valuable feedback will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Sampath
Hi Sampath,
For questions 2 &3
In general , this negative or interim stock could be resulted from your IM postings and not completed the subsequent WM postings. Please check from which process the negative stokc resulted. If you have to create any TOs (LT06)or cancel any material documents, you can do that. This will clear the nagative stock.
For question 1
Even you get this message , you can proceed further creation of TO.does it not let you to proceed.

Try running LX23 for stock comparisons to check the differences between IM and WM. This may lead you down the right path of clearing inventory with LI21 for the 999 storage types.
For 902, if you have inbound deliveries, I would check VL32N and check for inbound delivery documents that have not yet been post goods receipted. If there are some, there will be negative values, without the presense of positive quants.
The 922 can be from doing the material to material posting changes. I would look to process these through LL01 and create the TO in the background for these
